Happy St. George's Day!

So, today is an incredibly English day. Not British, but specifically English. Today is supposedly the day Saint-George-who-slayed-the-dragon died. Or at least that's what I've read and I do believe Christians celebrate with a feast or something... I don't know, I'm pretty clueless!

Either way, today I decided to be patriotic so I dug out my old England football shirt from Euro 2008 - five years ago, and it still fits me! Not really surprising, as it was quite baggy on me when I was thirteen years old and I haven't really grown since then. At least, not in terms of height.

As you can see from the picture, I wore red lipstick too. The weather was beautiful (it actually still is!) so I paired it with black high waisted shorts and Converse.

I went out with my best friend today - we went to Costa, got it to take away, sat on a bench near the seafront and chatted for a while before going to KFC and then going back home. It was good to see her as I barely see her these days - although saying this, I have seen her a few times in the last couple of weeks and I will be seeing her again this weekend, yay!

Later on I went to McDonalds with my sister and uncle - fast food twice in one day, oops! I don't usually do this, honest. However, I tried their new iced mocha from their iced drinks range - it is absolutely beautiful and so much better than Costa! And cheaper.

It's even more delicious than it looks!

In about an hour or so, I will be watching FC Barcelona v Bayern Munich on the TV with my sister. So instead of doing something English, we'll be watching a Spanish team play a German team! I guess it sort of links in because my top is from Euro 2008 like I said, and Spain won that year.

That's all I really have to say.
