Musical Instrument Set #1

As you may know, my bass is bright blue with pink strings, so I have to be careful with what I wear so that my outfit both looks good with it and also doesn't overpower it. I tend to try and make my bass the focus of the outfit in effect, so this is what today's post is inspired by: basing an outfit around an instrument.

Being a musician, I have a natural love for instruments. Especially guitars and basses. Today I'm going to base the outfit around a guitar I have loved for quite a while now - this beautiful pelham blue Epiphone Les Paul. Not quite Gibson, but not too shabby either!

With this I have gone for a vintage style - the guitar has a pretty vintage feel and I think paired with the lacy dress and the matching heels (plus accessories of course), it matches the balance between rockstar and girly girl perfectly.
